We specialize in the production of precision plastic injection mould , mould accessories(such as inserts ,sliders,lifters,ejector pins for molds), Die Casting mold,hardware mold, stamping mold ,molded plastic products or metal CNC precision parts in Industrial supplies, home & consumer products,houlsehold & office appliances, medical equipments, auto parts ,electronic parts and accessories,electronic component and fittings, electric appliance and toys, all other plastic products & hardware accessories and so on. We have strong capabilities in manufacturing precision parts, we have a large number of tooling and part processing machines including Grinding, Milling, CNC, Wire-cutting, and Sodick mirror-finish EDM machines and etc. also lots of inspection equipment, such as  projector, 2D measuring machine, CMM,  height gauge, hardness taster, now we can do precision part with tolerance 0.001mm, concentricity within 0.005mm,rondness 0.005mm,circularity 0.015mm, inner diameter and outer diameter 0.007mm, also, we are able to do the mirror polishing Ra0.05~Ra0.2. We have an efficient project management team of qualified die and die engineers with over 10 years of experience in materials, manufacturing and design.
Our company's mould and molded precision parts are mainly exported to Japan, Europe, U.S.A and other countries, the quality of products are in line with HASCO, DME and other international standards. We work with many global suppliers, such as ASSAB and LKM for steel, YUDO and MOLDMASTERS for hot runners, MISUMI and HASCO for accessories, etc.
